Manisha Hussman MS, CRNP – PMH- BC
Manisha was born in Maryland and moved to Florida at the age of five, where her passion for helping others began to take root. During high school, she volunteered as a candy striper in the emergency room, an experience that opened her eyes to the profound impact of compassionate care. From that moment, she knew her calling was to serve others in their most vulnerable times.
In 2020, Manisha graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Pre-Clinical, and in that same year, she earned her second bachelor’s degree in nursing. For two years, Manisha worked as a travel nurse, caring for psychiatric patients of all ages across Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Her journey led her to Kennedy Krieger where she specialized in supporting children with complex mental health needs – a role that further strengthened her commitment to psychiatry. In 2025 she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health, fulfilling her dream of becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Manisha strongly believes in the healing power of therapy and finds joy in witnessing the transformation patients experience as they progress through their mental health journey. She is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal.
